Adoption Update: Boscoe

We wanted to end the year with a very special adoption update about our best boy Boscoe.

Many people started following Boscoe’s journey as his days with the GTHS started adding up.  His gorgeous face appeared in social media posts, as Pet of the Week (multiple times), and he even starred in his own Godzilla-themed Hallowe’en reel. It wasn’t that the interest in Boscoe wasn’t there, but more so that this big boy needed a special person that could manage his size and his unique quirks.  Finally, after 160 days in GTHS care, Boscoe finally found the family he was waiting for.  They recently sent an update on how Boscoe is doing in his new home:

“Boscoe is doing amazing. He’s very easy to train and we are slowly working on getting along with other animals. He loves car rides, belly rubs, long walks and just lying on the couch. His routine at night before bed with a long walk around the property is his favourite. He also loves eating the apples off the apple trees when we walk along the property. He’s still a pup and learning his boundaries.

Boscoe came into my life at the time I needed him most. I just lost my love Kahlua, she was with me since 2014 and cancer wasn’t kind.  I’m very lucky to have found Boscoe. He’s healing my heart in a way that I never thought would be possible. Thank you for helping us find each other and taking such great care of him until that time came.”

Happy Tails, sweet Boscoe.  We are so thrilled you have found such a perfect match. ❤️
