Suspect a case of animal abuse or neglect? The GTHS is not an enforcement agency so we cannot assist. If you think an animal is in distress or is being abused, call 1-833-9ANIMAL (1-833-926-4625) and an operator at the Ontario Animal Protection Call Centre will file an incident ticket (make sure you record this number) and connect you with the appropriate local contact.

OPEN December 23rd (routine hospital schedule)
OPEN December 24th until 2 pm (hospital open to feline neuters only and shelter surgeries – discharge public patients at 1 pm.
CLOSED December 25th & 26th
OPEN December 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th (regular hours at Animal Centre. Note: Hospital is CLOSED)
