Feature Friday: Felicity and Pacey

Felicity
My beautiful name is Felicity! I am a 1.5 year old cutie pie that came to the amazing Georgian Triangle Humane Society as a stray. Boy let me tell you being lost and on my own would be scary to others but if you notice my personality, it hasn’t fazed me one bit! I am a spunky, fun, happy, bundle of lovely positive energy! I promise you there won’t be any sad times with me around, as there is no way you could be in a bad mood around me. I am such a happy gal that I think I would be happy in a home with loving parents, a cat savvy dog and awesome children! My adoption fee is only $95.00 which includes my spay, up-to-date vaccinations, parasite treatment, a viral test, an I.D microchip, a complimentary vet visit, and a life filled with happiness! What a deal for an ever so sweet girlie like me! Could you be my buddy to spend forever with? Please visit me here at GTHS any day of the week 12pm-4pm or email catadoptions@gths.ca to find out more information on ever so exciting me!

PaceyPacey 1

Get ready, if you are looking for a heart wrenching story, Pacey’s takes the top. This girl was set up for disaster from the VERY beginning, at 5 weeks old poor Pacey was found literally covered in dirt and away from her mother (much too young). A horrible start like this calls for a wonderful home with some TLC! .. you would think. Unfortunately, from this very rough start, Pacey was brought into a home where they quickly realized she was too much energy and work for them, and so began her life in a crate. When she was let to explore life outside her crate, whenever she made a mistake Pacey was faced with corporal punishment. With 3 strikes against her before even a year old, NO WONDER this girl is now terrified and reactive toward all new people. Hearing of this HORRIBLE start, our hearts broke for dear Pacey – how could we refuse her! Having Pacey in our care for just a few days we soon realized third time’s a charm with this girl. She tries to scare you away with your first meeting, by the second she is starting to let her guard down, and by the third, girl thinks you must be friends! If YOU are our COMMUNITY HERO who understands it will take a few visits to win Pacey’s heart (before you stay there forever), and are willing to give her the new introduction to life that she truly deserves – PLEASE come meet our girl!! To give us a call at (705)445-5204 ext. 226
