Vulnerable animals need you

They’re hungry, they’re exhausted, they’re terrified. And truthfully, we are feeling scared right now too…

Animals coming to the GTHS Animal Centre need help more than ever today.  Our commitment to their needs is unwavering – we know that yours is too. Please consider a gift to our #GivingTuesdayNow campaign, happening now until Tuesday, May 5th. Fortunately, we have been gifted $5000 to match your donations at this critical time.

Your help in this time of crisis will:

  • feed animals who come to the GTHS Animal Centre or are in foster care
  • purchase life saving medication
  • provide PPE for our animal care workers
  • provide food to pet owners in need
  • keep our doors open to shelter homeless animals

Quite simply, these animals have nowhere else to go and they need you right now.

This is Oreo (he and Snickers came together to the Animal Centre last week). He and his sibling were found abandoned by their mother in Wasaga Beach.  After receiving a clean bill of health from our animal care team, they were placed into a foster home with a highly skilled and trained foster volunteer. Our donors give hope to vulnerable kittens like these two.

At this time, we are in need of supplies such as food, medical supplies, cleaning materials and basic expenses associated with housing a growing number of animals.

This #GivingTuesdayNow we are gratefully accepting donations for the animals in our care. Remember, your gift will be matched up to $5000.

Help an animal who needs you today.
