Communications Volunteer

The Georgian Triangle Humane Society is a not-for-profit charity that provides abandoned, neglected and abused domestic animals a second chance in life at a forever home. We rely heavily on our website and social media to promote responsible pet ownership, adoptions, volunteering, events and the many other services and programs we offer to raise awareness and funds to help the dogs and cats in our care.

By promoting GTHS programs and services, the Marketing & Communications Team contributed towards our 2022 successes: more than 1230 cats and dogs were provided shelter, 1187 animals found their forever home, 2010 youth were positively impacted, in excess of 2600 spay/neuter/dental/specialized surgeries were performed, 1159 new donors supported our mission, 2966 people benefitted from our services and our website was viewed 250,000 times.
