Communications Volunteer

The Georgian Triangle Humane society is a non-for-profit charity that works to provide innovative programs and compassionate services to pets and people in the south Georgian Bay region and beyond. We rely heavily on our website and social media to raise awareness of the GTHS, to promote responsible pet ownership, adoptions, volunteering, events and the many other services and programs we offer, as well as to inspire financial and in-kind donations.

The Marketing & Communications Team is instrumental in contributing towards our organization’s successes. In 2023, more than 1500 homeless cats and dogs were provided shelter and 1300 animals found their forever home, 4000 youth were positively impacted, approximately 3000 spay/neuter/dental/specialized surgeries were performed, 2784 donors supported our mission and 1000 pets were supported through our Pet Pantry program.
