Pretty River Academy took the GTHS by storm on Wednesday December 3rd. For two hours seven eager students gave back to their community by performing a variety of chores at the animal shelter.
“Cleaning is a major of infection control and improving animal welfare. These students were a huge help!” says Sonya Reichel, Shelter Manager.
The GTHS welcomes Co-Op placements, students completing their student hours or basically anyone that loves animals to join their team. For more information on how you can help, join us this Saturday December 6th at 11am for a one hour volunteer orientation at the shelter. For more information contact volunteer@gths.ca
