Keeping Families Together
The Lake at Blue Mountains has partnered with the Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS) to help pets and people in need. In the wake of the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, both organizations have teamed up to make sure that families are able to feed their pets. The main goal is to keep families together, with their pets, especially during times of high stress.
During the week of September 20-24, 2021, a food and supply drive will take place on the property of The Lake at Blue Mountains, hosted by staff and volunteers of the GTHS.
You can support the Pet Pantry Drive by making a cash donation or a gift of unopened dog or cat food. Reference the GTHS Wishlist online for unique supplies: Link to Wishlist. Stop by The Lake at Blue Mountains Suites & Chalets, 209791 Highway 26, between 10am and 12pm, during the week of Sept. 20 – 24th, 2021. Look for the GTHS Van where volunteer and staff will be there to help.
