Puppies and kittens are giving you a good reason for a cupcake party

Cupcake crusaders are getting ready to “bake a difference”!

National Cupcake Day is coming soon on Monday, February 25 and you’re invited to host a Cupcake Party any time during the months of January or February.

Each year hundreds of homeless and helpless animals are brought to the Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS). Last year alone, approximately 1,300 cats and dogs entered our shelter: abandoned, abused and neglected. You can help save these lives by raising funds for National Cupcake Day.

Cupcake parties can be held at work, home, schools, and community centres throughout the region. Local businesses can surprise their customers with cupcakes for a good cause – because it’s the sweet thing to do! Register at www.nationalcupcakeday.ca.
