Here’s a Happy Tail from GTHS alumni: PHOEBE
You may remember seeing this pretty little face on our Facebook page a few weeks ago. Little PHOEBE was found as a stray, thin, cold and alone. Upon arrival at the GTHS, we could not figure out the source of her eye infection. Despite treatment, it did not improve but after some dental x-rays, we found out why!! Poor Phoebe had a pellet bullet in her cheek cavity!
Things sure turned around for sweet PHOEBE though! We received a lovely update and photo from her new mom!
“Phoebe has settled in extremely well! She is now ruling the roost. Phoebe has had two vet visits so far and is doing great. She has a wonderful appetite too and has gained 1.2 lbs. in 8 days! What a good eater! She continues to flourish here and I just love her!”
