Our shelter will be open to all as we host our own Cupcake Day party! Come enjoy a coffee and a cupcake or two (or three!) and visit the cats & kittens! You can also do take-out and bring some home to share with your family and friends!
Cupcakes will be on sale for $2.00, kindly donated by local restaurants and businesses:

Chef Challenge: Creative Cupcake Contest
This inaugural event is a new ‘feature’ in support of National Cupcake Day – the most delicious way to show support for animals in our community in need of help! Each year thousands of abused, abandoned and neglected animals across Canada are rescued by SPCAs and Humane Societies. At GTHS alone, we helped over 1000 cats and dogs in 2016!
Judges will face a challenge none have encountered before – the hunt for the most creative cupcake in South Georgian Bay!
1:00pm Contest begins!
1:40pm Winners announced: 3rd place, 2nd place, 1st place
2:00pm Chef’s Creative Cupcakes are available for sale for $3.50!
