Milo

MILO came in to the Georgian Triangle Humane Society as a stray back in August and unfortunately an owner never came forward.
Upon assessment during his intake, it was discovered that MILO was having some trouble with one of his back legs. Our vet determined that he would need femoral head excision surgery.
Thanks to you, MILO received the surgery he so desperately needed, and it went very well! After weeks of much needed cage rest (and some time spent sporting a very unfashionable cone, which he was very pouty about), MILO was ready to find his purrrfect family!

We didn’t think MILO would last long on the adoption floor as he had just the BEST purrrsonality. Not only was he a big ole purrr-machine, but he loved, loved, loved snuggles. If you scooped him up for a cuddle, he would wrap his little paws around you and stay in your arms as long as you’d like.
Turned out, MILO had a bit of a longer stay with us than we ever expected…

After a long, 3 month stint (and after being loved and gushed over on a DAILY basis by GTHS team members) MILO finally found his happy ending!!
Turns out one of our amazing volunteers had her eye on MILO for quite some time. Then exactly one week ago, she finally decided that in her home was where MILO was meant to be!
All the GTHS team members hugged and kissed and snuggled him goodbye, then we sent this beautiful (and once stray and injured) kitty into a loving home where he will very happily spend the rest of his days.
