The Georgian Triangle Humane Society was so excited to hear that we were chosen to be the recipient of Blue Mountain Chrysler’s “Charity of the Month” for the entire month of March! This means that $25 from each vehicle sold will be donated to GTHS, supporting essentially needed programs for animals and the humans who love them.
“Blue Mountain Chrysler is so pleased to team up with GTHS for our March charity. We are a pet friendly business and on most given days you will see a dog waiting in our lounge with their owner or be greeted by “Buddy” our resident pooch. It only made sense that they be the recipient of March’s sales donations given our similar values and to support the critical work they do for our fur friends in the community.” Tanya Snell, Customer Relations Coordinator shared.
With $25 from each vehicle sold being donated this month, that could add up to $1,000 for the local organization that heavily relies on donations and community support to operate. In 2019, the Georgian Triangle Humane Society was able to help over 1,900 animals through their intake and outreach programs!
“The GTHS receives no government funding so partnerships with businesses like Blue Mountain Chrysler are so important to us. We are consistently in awe of all the love and support we receive from our community. We are so excited to be the recipient of Blue Mountain Chrysler’s Charity of the Month program for March and to collaborate on an exciting event in April!” says Abigail Krogman, Fundraising Coordinator at the GTHS.
The donation cheque will be presented at the GTHS upcoming Yappy Hour, a free event being hosted at Blue Mountain Chrysler on Friday April 17th from 5-8pm. Everyone is invited to the dealership on Hwy 26 to join in the celebration that will offer; pizza donated by Boston Pizza, cold pints from Collingwood Brewery, amazing kids station and face painting as well as goodie bags for kids and pooches!
