In these uncertain times, we need community more than ever, come together and walk…apart! From Wednesday August 5th to Wednesday August 12th Walkathon Your Way
The GTHS is embracing these times of uncertainty and what makes us all different. Your walk in life is unique to you and your Walkathon should be too! 1K-10k, 50-2,500 steps, walk, get active, move your body anywhere and anytime during Walkathon Week to raise critically needed funds for animals in need.
Walk with or without your pet, walk solo, walk inside or outside your house! Challenge yourself and get creative!
Your registration includes a branded Walkathon bandana for you or your pet and a lawn sign to show that you support the GTHS! Additionally, all registrants will receive a $5 gift card to Mullin’s Pet Market and a Buy-One-Get-One Free coupon for McDonald’s.

Top Individual Fundraiser: Buff-It Detailing Certificate ($350 Value)
Top Individual Youth Fundraiser: Squire John’s Certificate ($500 Value)
Top Fundraising Team: Second Wind Pilates – 1 hour Pilates session for each team member
**Registrants have until August 14th to fundraise, however the cut-off for funds to be included for the top fundraising prizes is Wednesday August 12th at 12pm. Top Individual Fundraisers and Top Fundraising Team will be publicly announced by the end of the day on August 12th. Recipients of the Top Fundraising prizes will then be contacted by GTHS to coordinate delivery of prizes**
Make sure to use our event hashtag ^ so we can find your pics and have the fine folks at Georgian Life Media Inc. add their beautiful custom Walkathon Your Way frame to them! Once framed photos are ready, we’ll share to our Facebook page so you can save and use to promote your GTHS (Virtual) Walkathon Your Way campaign!
