Position Title: Digital Campaign Coordinator
Details: Permanent, full-time (40 Hours weekly), hybrid work environment requiring the ability to work from home, onsite at the GTHS Animal Centre and occasionally other in person meetings in the community.

What are we looking for in this role: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Philanthropy, the Digital Campaign Coordinator supports the GTHS Fundraising and Development team to reach campaign targets that make a lasting impact on the wellbeing of pets and people. They are responsible for coordinating e-appeals and digital campaigns as well as collaborating with the Marketing and Public Relations Manager to produce e-newsletters, stewardship pieces and social media communications. This individual understands how to work collaboratively in hybrid work environment, is detail oriented and goes above and beyond to support their team.
Who are you?
- A local resident with excellent computer skills. Proficient in Mailchimp and Canva, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, WordPress and website content and flow.
- A professional with 2+ years of experience in marketing or fundraising.
- Strong background in writing, editing and elements of design; developing marketing materials.
- Experience with social media tools including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, etc.
- Experience in Graphic design or Video Editing or using Sumac, TipTap and/or Canada Helps would be an asset.
- A highly organized individual that has excellent technological and time management skills.
- Genuine interest in the welfare of animals and congruent values with the organization including a commitment to lifelong learning.
