WINTER was quite the celebrity here at GTHS. Everyone knew him! I guess that’s what happens when a special kitty like him is with us for 5 MONTHS!! That’s right. Winter came to us way back in October, if you can believe it. This sweet, senior cat had his fair share of medical challenges to overcome, but he was a fighter! Although he may have looked a little frail, he was full of life and had the silliest purrsonality. He charmed his way into the heart of everyone who met him.
After that very long wait, Winter finally found his perfect family, and we are SO happy to share this PAWesome update from his new parents! (Oh, AND! Winter was adopted with another GTHS kitty! How cool is that!?)

We kept their names and they are both doing amazing. We are in shock of how Winter has settled in – we weren’t sure show he would do with the other animals in the house or the kids.
But he is constantly purring and is so snuggly, he follows us around the house and loves to dig into and snuggle under the blankets.
If he isn’t with us, we know just where to find him.. in the same spot that the cat we recently lost always was in our upcoming baby’s room.
Snow was much more timid then we thought he would be at first but he is warming up. He has found quite the silly spot to sit or take a nap.
