Starr’s family sent us this heartwarming update of how Starr is settling in with her new family:
“Starr is doing so wonderfully! Starr is now “Sage” and is a bundle of fun. She is in love with her new sister, Phoebe, and the two of them have been either digging tunnels in the snow, napping together or playing every moment of the day!
Sage is a smart girl and is already mostly house trained and quickly learned how to use the doggy doorbell to let us know when she has to go. We got her a nice slow feeder bowl and is getting used to eating over a 5 minute time period instead of 8 seconds flat, ha!
Our kids are really loving her snuggles and have been helping with training her. She is quickly learning humans are not her litter mates, sit, down, and wait. On our walks she is doing really well with not pulling on the leash and “walking pretty”.
We certainly feel like she has completed our little family!”
