Adoption Update: George

You may remember seeing this cute face on the GTHS Facebook page back in July. GEORGE was brought to us with his brother, but unfortunately little George had drawn the short straw in the family, as it was discovered that he was born with a deformed hip, which was limiting his mobility and causing pain.
Thanks to your support and donations, GEORGE was able to receive the surgery he needed, and it went very, very well!
It wasn’t long before GEORGE was back from surgery, on the mend, and ready to find a loving home. It sure didn’t take long for our charming little GEORGE to talk a wonderful family into adopting him. It’s been almost 3 months since his surgery and we have a wonderful update to share from GEORGE’s new family:
“Hi! George’s mom here! George has quickly found his way around the house and knows all the little spots he can hide. He has figured out how to jump onto the kitchen counter and gets up there every single day. He has grown all his fur back from his surgery and steals the heart of every person who enters the house. He loves to be picked up and smothered. He has a fascination for chickens and computers. He sprints from room to room like its a race track and wants to be with people 100% of the time. He’s such a cutie and is the cuddliest little cat we’ve ever met. We love him so, so much. Thanks for helping us adopt him. I can’t imagine life without him.
