Each individual animal at the GTHS is special to us, but some (typically those that have a bit of a longer stay with us) inevitably become a little extra special to our team who care for these animals every day and get to know their individual personalities.
Well our boy Dave was one of those animals! After originally coming to us as a stray back in December of 2018, Dave had some medical issues and was in and out of the shelter a few times.
Then, in June of 2019, Dave’s purrrfect person came along and he’s now found that extra special, loving furever home that we all knew he’d eventually find.
We recently received this great update from his new family and are so excited to hear how well our favourite boy is doing!
“Dave 🐾 is now Norman Jack or (NJ). He is doing well! Fully integrated into our human family, and is being very approachable and loves getting pets! …Our fur family is getting there. Emma , the calico is fine. Chester the orange tabby lap cat is sometimes indifferent and some times not amused.
Thanks for checking in! We just love him”
