Happy Tail from GTHS alumni: CICI
CICI was just one of numerous beautiful Northern dogs that have been at GTHS the past few months.
We received such a great update from CICI’s new family, we just knew we had to share it with our friends!!
“Hi! Cici is doing very well. She has been on a summer adventure! At home with us for the first week and by day three was sleeping through the night. She is now house trained and can sit and comes on command. We then went group camping in our trailer for a week, where she learned to swim and ride in a canoe. We then spent the night in Huntsville at a dog friendly hotel and we are now at friends cottage in Honey Harbour where she’s made friends with their new puppy. We’ll be heading home tomorrow. Cici is an absolutely beautiful, intelligent sensitive girl, we are so proud she is part of our family. She’s had lots of attention and socializing, we receive so many compliments on how beautiful and calm she is. I teach for 2 weeks every year up in Nunavut and see all the dogs up there. The northern dog program is amazing and we feel so lucky to have her in our lives!”
