Last February, the stunning Beefcake was adopted from the GTHS. His mom sent us this adorable update:
Exactly 1 year ago, I adopted the love of my life, Beefcake. His full name is now Beefcake-Michael, and he’s the spunkiest, sweetest, and silliest cat I’ve ever met. He sleeps with me under the covers with his head on my pillow every single night. He’s VERY food motivated but is now down to his healthiest and ideal weight, thanks to some hard work from the both of us!
Beefy and I will be forever thankful to you all, not only for rescuing him, but for giving me my soul-cat. Some may call it fate, I call it “the GTHS aligning the stars for us”.
And of course, one of the best things about that day, was how clear it was to me that you all loved Beefcake so much. From texts being sent to staff not working that day, to everyone saying their sweet goodbyes, you guys gave my Beefy the foundation to be loved and cared for. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
