By looking at the smile on his handsome face, we know Bear (aka Walt) has found his furever home with a family who deeply loves him. Here is a heartwarming update on this great dog!
“Walt is now Bear! He is doing wonderfully, coming out of his shell more and more every single day. He is truly a fantastic dog! So calm, kind, happy and chill. He loves love and asks for it kindly from every person he encounters. He really wants doggy friends which is so cute to watch, and he has been so really well with his introductions. He doesn’t really seem to know how to play yet, with us or other dogs but he gets excited and playful from time to time. He loves the backyard and I think would sleep on the deck all night if we let him! He is very respectful, gentle, and happy with our kids which has been great. Having only a senior dog, together we have some younger dog things to work on. He is fantastic on his leash though, rarely pulls and listens well.
We feel lucky to have found him and we are so looking forward to seeing him come more out of his shell and have lots of adventures!”
