Sweet, fluffy northern pup ALBERT and his siblings were at GTHS back in December, and this lucky boy hit the adoption jackpot as he was scooped up by his amazing new parents just in time for Christmas!!!
Take a peek:
“Hi GTHS,
We just wanted to update everyone on how our “Nunavut Mutt” Klaus is doing after a month at home.
We adopted him on December 18, and his name at the shelter was Albert.
He is a fantastic puppy! He is very smart and is learning tons of tricks in addition to proper behaviour in all sorts of situations.
He has come along with us on hikes on the Bruce Trail, as well as several stores around town. He is a perfect gentleman in the car. Unsurprisingly, he LOVES the snow.
He has met many people on our travels around town (all of whom find him hard to resist!), and is particularly good with children.
He is getting along well with our senior collie Willa, and our two cats Madoc (adopted from GTHS in August – formerly known as Logan) and Maeve.
Ultimately I hope to have him certified as a visiting therapy dog when he is old enough.
He has lots of joy and love to share.
Thanks to everyone involved in getting our boy from way up North to right here in his forever home.
Klaus’ mom and dad”
All together now…AWWWWWWE!!!
