Scooter
Scooter came to GTHS when his owner could no longer care for him. He is a sweet senior gentleman with a heart of pure gold. He had some dental work done while at the shelter and is feeling a lot better now. Scooter is a lovable old fellow who is comical and cute. He is ready to steal your heart if you give him a chance.

Amber
Amber came to the Georgian Triangle Humane Society due to her owner’s poor health. She is a gorgeous, sweet, lovable gal who loves to be told how beautiful she is. She may be an older gal but likes to keep her appearance tip top and enjoys getting groomed and pampered. Amber has been here since June and is one of GTHS long term residents.

Manfred
Manfred is a soft, purring bundle of pure love. He loves other cats and people, but what he loves the most is being petted and having his back scratched. He will even do a little happy dance to reward you. Manfred was brought to the Georgian Triangle Humane Society due to allergies. He is ok with children but has never lived with dogs. He is a mature and happy old guy who is waiting to meet you.

SKOOBY
Skooby is an 8 year old bloodhound mix. His previous family became no longer able to care for him and he was brought to GTHS to find a perfect forever home. He is a BIG and STRONG boy so he would love a family who can teach him to be a good boy on a leash for his long walks. He also LOVES to swim too!! Skooby needs a family who is dog savvy, has big dog experience and will help him become more socialized. We are unsure how he would react to a kitty friend but he would be okay with children as he had experience with them. He would also be okay with another dog with the proper introduction!

CHICO
Chico was surrendered due to his previous owner’s inability to keep him at his residence. He is an elderly chap and likes his comforts in life. He is a bit nervous initially so would be best suited in a quiet household with one adult ideally. Chico’s previous home had 3 cats however, he prefers no other dogs.
